14.75 oz can Pink Salmon
2 Eggs
1 1/2 C leftover cold White Rice
3 Dashes Red Pepper Flakes or pinch Cayenne
3 T Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the salmon pressing out all extra liquid. Using your hands combine the salmon, eggs, rice, and red pepper. Head oil if cast iron pan on med-hi. Form combined ingredients into 4 large patties.and lay in hot oil. Quickly brown patties on both sides, then turn heat to low and cook an additional 5 minutes.

Serve with Al's Taco Salad Sauce or make a sauce to serve with the patties, using 4 T Mayonnaise, 2 T Ketchup. dash of Hot Sauce, and 1 tsp Lemon Juice or 2 tsp Pickle Relish.
