Sauce:
1/2 c. catsup
1tsp. salt
1/4 Tabasco sauce
1/3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. mustard
2Tbsp. brown sugar

Pork chops or shoulder, cut thick. Salt and pepper to taste and roll in flour and fry until brown. Place in baking dish and cover with layers of sliced onions. Pour the sauce mixture over the chops. Cover and bake in slow oven for 11/2 to 2 hours.
