1 lb scallops( about 8 large), 3/4 c dry white wine, 3 T butter, 2 T flour, 1/2 C cream, salt, pepper and a little garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Poach scallops in wine until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain scallops, saving the wine. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and blend well. Add wine and cream, cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add scallops. Season to taste and serve hot.
