2 lbs. medium sized shrimp
4 T butter

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce,
1/4 c chopped parsley,
1 tsp sea salt,
1 clove garlic, finely chopped,
1/4 c chopped chives,
1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 c fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 lb melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 4T butter in skillet, add shrimp and cook over high heat until the shrimp turn bright pink (about 2 min) Mix together and then add the next 6 ingredients and place in a single layer in a large, buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and cheese..pour melted butter evenly over the top. Put under broiler to brown.
