Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs. London broil ( I have used everything from a rump roast to London broil, I buy whatever’s on sale)
2 envs. Brown gravy mix
2 envs. Au jus mix
7 c. water
8 – 10 hoagie rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat, water, gravy mix and au jus mix in crock-pot. Cover and turn on low. Cook for 8 hours. Shred meat. Save sauce for au jus dipping. Broil hoagie rolls to toast. Put meat in rolls. Serve with au jus. We like to sauté a sweet onion, green or red bell pepper and mushrooms in olive oil on stove top and layer on top of the shredded meat inside the roll. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and melt under boiler.
