1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped onion
5 chicken bouillon cubes
Bring to a boil. Cook for 20 min, covered.
Add:
2 1/2 c cubed potatoes
1 pkg frozen mixed veg
Bring to a boil. Cook 20 min.
Add:
1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
