DOUGH:
1 c. margarine 2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. oatmeal (1/2 old fashioned and 1/2 quick) 2 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:
1 pkg. chocolate chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. margarine 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dough ingredients, press 2/3 of dough into a large cookie sheet. Save 1/3 of dough for top. Cook filling ingredients on low heat until melted. Pour over dough. Crumble remaining dough over filling. Press lightly. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
