1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. apple juice (frozen concentrate)
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. honey with "splash" of molasses in cup
5 c. old fashioned oatmeal
2 T. cinnamon
1 c. dried chopped fruit (dried apricots etc.)
1c. chopped nuts
½ c. ground flax seed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the br sugar, apple juice, dry mild and honey a pan and heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently.

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour heated mixture over all and stir till moist.

Spread mixture in jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or till browned. Stir after 10 minutes.
