1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
1 can corn, drained
1 cup pasta sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
splash apple cider vinegar
4 sweet potatoes - baked

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bell pepper and onion until tender, then add all other ingredients (except potatoes). Bring to a boil , then reduce and heat through. Top four baked sweet potatoes.
