2 1/2 c. ground ham (approx 1.5 pounds), I use Fareway's ham loaf mixture
1/2 c quick oats
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. brown sugar
dash of cloves
1 can pineapple rings

Glaze:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Ham: Combine ground ham, oats, milk, egg, brown sugar, and cloves and form into balls. Place 3 ham balls on a pineapple ring.

Glaze: Combine all ingredients and heat in a saucepan until heated through. Pour over ham balls. Bake about 45-60 minutes at 350ºF and baste several times during baking.
