3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 onion (chopped)
3 cans creamed corn
1 1/2 sleeves Ritz Crackers
1 c. sour cream
Topping:
Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease casserole. Mix ingredients. Top with corn flake crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake 60 minutes, uncovered.
