1 lb ground turkey
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs plus extra for rolling
2 cloves fresh garlic finely minced
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
1 tbs dried oregano
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Mix all ingredients except oil in a large bowl with your hands. Shape into round balls larger than a golf ball.
Sprinkle extra breadcrumbs on a cutting board. After you shape the meatballs roll them through the breadcrumbs to lightly coat the outside. In a large fry pan, heat the oil on medium high heat. Add the meatballs and allow to brown for approximately 3 minutes on each side for a total of 9 minutes. Add to your favorite spaghetti sauce.
