Large boneless pork loin roast
Lemon pepper
Salt
Dry mustard
Paprika
Sweet basil leaves
6 to 8 slices bacon (uncooked)
1/2 c. sweet Vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork loin heavily with lemon pepper, salt, and dry mustard on all sides and into cracks and holes. Then sprinkle lightly with paprika and sweet basil leaves. Cover completely with uncooked bacon slices. Pour sweet Vermouth over the top. Bake uncovered at 325º until done (approximately 40-45 minutes per pound). Use meat thermometer (185º is "done" for pork). Baste occasionally to keep moist.
