1 lb chili meat
1 lb Jimmy Deans hot pork sausage
1 lb smoked sausage-cut into 1/8" slices)
2 cloves of garlic-minced
1 large bell pepper-diced medium chunks
1 large onion-coarsely chopped
6 large jalapenos-coarsely chopped
3 T chili powder
1 T ground oregano
1 tsp ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1/3 c yellow corn meal
2 28oz Del Monte diced tomatoes-undrained
3 14oz Bush's dark red kidney beans-drained-reserve liquid to mix with corn meal
12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown chili meat and pork sausage with onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and smoked sausage slices. Continue cooking 5-10 minutes, then reduce heat and drain fat. Place into a crockpot mixing in spices, tomatoes, beans and jalapenos. In a bowl, blend a little of the reserved bean liquid with cornmeal to a consistency of pancake batter. Mix in with chili. Cook on low heat for 5-6 hours stirring every hour. Spoon into large serving bowls and heap on the shredded mozzarella.
