1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 2/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
3 cups chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, vanilla, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time
Add mixed dry ingredients. Add oats and nuts
Mold into rolls and wrap in wax paper, chill in fridge over night.
Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
