3 tbsp butter or margarine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 10 oz pkg of chopped frozen spinach
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
3 tbsp of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (10 3/4 oz) condensed chicken broth
1/2 cup shredded peeled carrots
2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
-Melt butter.
-Blend flour and salt with melted butter.
-Add chicken broth to flour butter mixture, heat to boiling stirring constantly.
-Add spinach, carrot, onion.
-Cook until vegetables are tender.
-Stir in milk.
-Heat until serving temperature.
-Stir in cheese until melted and then serve.
