16 regular marshmallows
1 pkg lime jello
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
2 T mayonnaise
1 cup chopped pecans
1 small can of regular cream
Directions:
Directions:
Place the can of cream in the freezer about 2 hours to chill. Mix the marshmallows, jello, cream cheese and boiling water over low heat until dissolved...stirring constantly. Let cool. Then add the pineapple, mayonnaise and pecans.
Whip the chilled cream and fold into mixture, Pour into a 9 x 13 in dish and place in refrigerator until set. Let set overnight before serving.
