1 lb lump crabmeat drained
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
a c. crushed saltines
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first seven ingredients; mix well.
Shape mixture into medium patties and coat with crumbs.
2. Cook crab cakes in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, over medium-high in a large skillet until golden brown.
