1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
2 cup fresh rhubarb cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups nuts
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix flour, soda, sugar and salt together. Add egg and sour cream. Fold in rhubarb. Mix nuts, brown sugar,& butter together. Sprinkle on top.

Bake about 35 mins or until done.
