5-8 oz pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 tsp vanilla
5 eggs plus 2 yolks
1/4 cup heavy cream
Optional topping
1 pt strawberries
2 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp lemon juice
Crust:
1 pkg graham cracker crumbled
3 Tbsp butter melted

Crust:
Crumble graham crackers. Mix with melted butter. Press into bottom of spring form pan.
Bake 375º for 10 mins.
Filling:
Preheat oven to 450º
Blend cheese, sugar, flour, peels, vanilla at high speed. Beat in eggs and yolks, one at a time; beat until smooth. Beat in cream. Pour into pan. Bake 10 mins at 450º. Lower oven to 250º - bake 1 hour. Cool 2 hours. (This is optional) - Combine sugar, cornstarch, stir in lemon juice and cut strawberries over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring 1 min. Cool. Spread on cake. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
