4 ripe bananas smashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup of butterscotch bits (I use Nestle Toll House)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven on bake to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl; mix smashed bananas and melted butter. Stir in both sugar's, egg and vanilla. Mix in salt and baking soda. Add the flour and mix well. Add the butterscotch bits last and mix.

Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan.

Bake for about an hour.

Cool on rack. Remove from pan and slice.
