2 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/3 c. hot water
16oz salted peanuts
1 T. butter
1 T. soda

Directions:
In 2 1/2 or 3 quart microwave bowl, mix sugar, syrup and water. Cook 6 minutes on high, stir and cook another 6 minutes on high. Add peanuts. Cook 7 minutes on high, stir and cook another 7 minutes on high. Remove from microwave and add butter and soda. When butter and soda are completely stirred in, pour on buttered cookie sheets and spread as thin as possible.
Note: Cooking times are based on a microwave with 850 watts of power on high. You will have to adjust cooking time up or down if there is a difference in power of your oven.
