3 c. white Karo
4 c. sugar
1 lb real butter
2 c. whipping cream, divided
1 tsp salt
1 qt. pecans
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, cook white karo, sugar, butter and 1 c. whipping cream for 15 minutes. Add 1 more c. whipping cream and salt and cook to hard ball stage. Before removing from heat, add pecans and vanilla. Pour in buttered cookie sheets. Let set until firm. Cut in squares and wrap in waxed paper.
