1 egg (or 2 egg whites for a fluffier cookie)
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with a mixer on high speed for a few minutes. Add sugar and beat 5 minutes longer. (If you are using the egg whites you should mix until peaks form). Fold in peanut butter. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 10 minutes, or until golden. They will be soft in the center.
