Halibut:
1 ½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. brown sugar
¼ t. ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 - 6 oz.halibut steaks - 3/4" to 1" thick
1 T. fresh lime juice

Chopped cilantro, optional

Salsa:
15 oz.can black beans, drained, rinsed
⅔ c. Old El Paso or Newmann's salsa
1 T. brown sugar

1. In small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, 1 tsp. brown sugar, and ground red pepper; mix well. Place halibut on large plate. Brush both sides with lime juice; sprinkle both sides with chili powder mixture. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
2. Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well. Set aside.
3. Grill over medium coals for 10 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes with fork, turning once. Serve with bean salsa and garnish with cilantro, if desired. Serves 4.
