2 1/4 cup unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz (2 cups) chocolate chips
1 cup chops nuts (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In small bowl combine flour baking soda and salt. Set aside. In large bowl combine butter sugars and vanilla and beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. and nuts. Spread into greased 15 x 10 baking pan.
Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
Cut into squares

May be divided in half and baked in a 13 x 9 pan for 12 to 15 minutes. Can also be made into a cookie cake in a pizza pan.
