1 c flour
1/4c icing sugar
1/2 c butter

Mixture
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cup of flour and icing sugar together. Blend in butter and pat and press into 8 x 8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.

Meanwhile beat together eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice, dash of salt of salt. Pour over baked crust and cook for 20 - 25 minutes at 350.
