1 kilo y medio de pulpo
Bastante jugo de limón
Laurel, oregano, ajo y cebolla
Jugo de naranja natural
Cilantro
Tomate picado
Aceite de oliva
Catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Se pone el pulpo en jugo de limón por 15 min., luego se enjuaga y se pone a cocer SIN SAL con laurel, oregano, ajo y cebolla.
Se sacan una vez cocidos, se les quita el pellejito y se pican.
Se le agrega el jitomate, cilantro y cebolla picados, se le pone el jugo de naranja y la catsup al gusto.
Si se quiere se le puede poner un poco de salsa picante.
