¼ de crema
½ vaso de whisly
1 kg. de champignones partidos en rebanaditas.
Un poco de maizena disuelta en agua frķa.
¼ de taza de mantequilla
¼ de taza de aceite de oliva
¼ de kilo de jamon
Cebolla

Directions:
Directions:
Se le pone sal y pimienta a las pechugas. Se frķen en 1 cucharada mantequilla y 1 de aceite de oliva. Se les escurre la grasa. Se frķe el jamon con la cebolla en el resto de aceite de oliva. Se agregan los champignones. Se dejan cocer muy bien, se le agregan las pechugas y la maizena a que espese. Al final se le pone la crema y el whisky.
