1 pechuga de pollo
Cebollas en ruedas
4 patas de Puerco
Vinagre
100 gr. de chicharron
Sal al gusto, oregano
Aceite de oliva
Chipotles adobados
Aguacates en rebanadas
Lechuga picada
Directions:
Directions:
Se remoja el chicharron en vinagre a que tome sabor y se sazona al gusto. Una vez cocidas las patitas (tardan bastante en cocerse), se parten a la mitad y se dishuesan.
Se desmenuza el pollo y la lechuga y el aguacate se ponen al final para adornar.
