6 aguacates
3 sobres de grenetina sin sabor
1 taza de mayonesa
2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
1cucharadita de cebolla picada
1 cucharadita de perejil picado
Un poco de salsa catsup
Directions:
Directions:
Se muelen los aguacates en la licuadora con el jugo de limón y se agrega la grenetina ya disuelta y la mayonesa.
Luego se le añade aceite de oliva, bastante salsa catsup sin que quede agrio, un poquito de pimenton, sal y pimienta. Se pone en moldes y al refrigerador.
