4kg. de hongos
10 dientes de ajo grandes
10 chipotles secos
3 ramitas de epazote
Aceite de oliva y sal

Directions:
Se parten los hongos a que queden en partes iguales. Se remojan un gran rato. Se pone bastante aceite a calentar y cuando está muy caliente, se ponen a freir los ajos y se agregan los chipotles, dejando que se suavizen. Si no se quieren muy picosos, se sacan y se ponen los hongos, el epazote y se dejan sazonar sin mover mucho.
Se ponene otro ratito dentro los chipotles.
