Ingredients:
MEATLOAF:
1 egg
3 pieces white bread (soak with water and squeeze)
Onion, chopped
Salt
Garlic salt
1/2 to 3/4 can tomato sauce to moisten
1/2 c. milk
Bell pepper, chopped
Black pepper
1 lb ground beef

GLAZE:
1 c. catsup
Worcestershire sauce
1 T. dry mustard (can use prepared mustard)
3/4 c. brown sugar (or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Meat mixture: Mix all together. Press mixture in muffin tins almost to top,
Glaze: Mix all together and spread on top of mini loaves. This glaze recipe makes about twice as much as you actually need. Also, it is too sweet if you use the entire 3/4 c. brown sugar. I would cut it down to about 1/3 or 1/2 cup.
