Basic recipe for vanilla:
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 cans evaporated milk
1 quart of whole milk
1 cup of Cream
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla

Variations to add to the basic recipe:
Butter Pecan - 1 cup chopped nuts, sautéed in 3 Tbs. butter, then cooled* (This one is my favorite.)
Chocolate - 1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
Peach - 1 cup fresh peaches + 1 cup sugar
Banana - 1 cup mashed bananas
Strawberry - 1 cup strawberry milkshake mix
Coffee - 1 cup double strength coffee
Chocolate Chip - 4 oz. grated semi-sweet chocolate*
Coconut - 1 cup frozen coconut (thawed) & 1 (15-oz) can cream of
coconut.

*ADD AFTER ICE CREAM HAS BEEN GOING FOR 15 MINUTES.

Freeze empty ice cream maker can and rib section overnight. Place all of the ingredients for the ice cream in the refrigerator overnight before making to aid in freezing later.

Blend ingredients well and put into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufactures directions.

I obtained this recipe in Saudi Arabia and made it many times for my family. My family loved this especially in Saudi when it was so hot.
