1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 cup salad oil
1 tbsp. finely chopped Onion
2 - 3 tsp. Poppy Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a pint jar, blend honey, salt, vinegar, mustard. Gradually add the salad oil, stirring to blend thoroughly. Stir in onion and poppy seed. Cover and chill for several hours to blend flavors. Shake well before using.

This dressing is most delicious on a green salad containing oranges and onion, or grapefruit sections with avocado slices.
