2 cups cooked ham - cubed
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
6-8 slices bacon chopped and cooked
1 cup bread or cracker crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
mustard, s & p to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cube ham and cook macaroni and set aside.

Fry bacon. Add chopped onion when bacon is about halfway done. Add milk, cracker crumbs & mustard and bring to boil.

Pour mixture over ham and macaroni. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I sometimes put extra cheese in the casserole, not just on top. It's great either way. Extra cheese just helps to bind it all together.
