1 can salmon (broken up with fork)
2 c. mashed potatoes (instant OK)
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 lg. egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
pinch red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and make patties about 4" in diameter. Place on a large, non-stick cookie sheet (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) and broil for approx. 15 min. Turn and broil for 10 min. more.
Serve with tartar sauce, ketchup or RedHot if desired.
