Ribs- as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Coat ribs with Rib Rub, Wrap in cellophane, then aluminum foil. Place on baking tray. Bake for 4 hours at 200 degrees.
Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours, Overnight is better.
Remove from cellophane and coat with barbecue sauce. Put back in oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
