1 cup Margarine
3 cups Sugar
Juice half Lemon
4 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 cup Buttermilk
4 cups Flour
1 cup chopped Pecans
5 med. Bananas, mashed
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Have eggs, buttermilk and margarine at room temperature. Grease 10" tube pan. Cream margarine, add sugar and lemon juice. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Mix baking soda with buttermilk. Add all at once with flour, bananas, and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
Bake 1 1/2 hours.
