Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. butter 4 c. white sugar
2 lbs. brown sugar 12 eggs
8 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. corn syrup
1 lb. M & M's 1 lb. chocolate chips
3 lbs. chunky peanut butter 2 c. coconut
2 c. nuts (I use sunflower seeds) 18 c. quick oats

Directions:
Directions:
Using a mixer cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and mix well. Add soda, corn syrup, and peanut butter. Now the fun part, dump above mixture on a clean counter and add the remaining ingredients and mix well using your hands. It is easier to do it this way than to use a bowl and spoon. It just doesn't get mixed well enough and falls out the sides anyway!! Scoop on to cookie sheet, using an ice cream scoop (for real Monster Cookies) and bake at 350º for 12 minutes. You can use a smaller scoop and bake 8-10 minutes. This recipe makes A LOT of cookies, at least 5 dozen of the large ice cream scoop size.

Personal Notes:
(from Donna Banks) These cookies freeze very well. Our ward gives these to the Dads on Father's Day.
