4 thick pork chops
1 clove garlic
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 c. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork with the garlic clove. Rub over the inside of frying pan. Brown the chops. Place in a covered casserole with the orange rind and juice. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour (or less according to the size of chop).
This can also be cooked on stove top on LOW heat.
