1 package cream cheese, softened
Leftover Corned beef ( or 2 packages (2 1/2 oz each) thinly sliced corned
beef, chopped)
1 1/2 C shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz)
3/4 C drained sauerkraut
1/2 C Thousand Island dressing
Pretzel crackers or rye bread slices, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Spray inside of a crock pot with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except
crackers or bread, spoon into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 1-1 1/2
hrs or until cheese is melted. Stir until cheese is smooth. Serve on rye
bread as sandwiches or on crackers as a snack!
