Cooked beets with saved beet water
Lettuce, long leaves.
Oranges
Jicamas (sometimes you can find this fruit in Superstore)
Cacahuate (peanuts)
Caņas (Sugar cane)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash everything. Slice oranges and jicamas without peeling them. Peel and slice beet, regular sized slices. Peel and chop caņas (sugar cane|) in thin pieces. Peel cacahuate (peanuts). Slice lettuce in thin slices. Add Sugar to taste.

Mix everything with the beet water. (Make sure the water is cold before you do this.)

Mix and leave to rest.
