1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 T. Flour
2 lbs. Cube steak
2 tsp. Vegetable oil
1 Small onion, sliced
1 Green pepper, sliced
1/3 C. Celery, chopped
1/3 C. Carrots, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
3/4 C. Beef broth
3/4 C. Tomato juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pepper and flour; sprinkle on both sides of steaks. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add steaks in batches, and brown about 3 minutes on each side. Return all steaks to skillet.
Add onion, green pepper, celery, carrots and garlic. Cook 2 minutes or until all the vegetables begin to soften. Add the beef broth, tomato juice and worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 50-60 minutes until tender.
