6-8 large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

TOPPING
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup.brown sugar
1 bag of marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into chunks. Boil cut potatoes until softened, drain.
Add 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and milk. Put the mixture in a safe baking dish. Set aside.
TOPPING
Melt 1/2 cup of butter and mix with 1 cup of brown sugar. Add this to the top of the potatoes. Bake for 20 minutes. Add marshmallows and bake additional 5-10 min until tops are lightly toasted.
