Ingredients:  
1 lb ground round
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
2 garlic cloves minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups rice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
14.5 no sodium petite diced tomatoes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
8 oz finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
15 oz no sodium tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º
Saute beef & drain
Saute onions, peppers & garlic until tender
Stir in diced tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce & Italian seasoning
Spread mixture into a 13" X 9" dish
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup cheese
Top with tomato sauce and then the rest of the cheese
Bake for 20 minutes and until cheese is bubbly
