My Dad Hubert Pribyl loved peppermint schnapps. He and his friend Ernie Sherrill used to make this home made schnapps frequently, You can use any flavor extract you want with good results. If Everclear is too expensive, use vodka and cut the water in half. You can adjust the vodka or Everclear to your liking too, as well as the sugar. Enjoy.
