1 box yellow cake mix 4 eggs
3/4 c. oil 1 can mandarin oranges w/ juice

ICING:
12 oz. Cool Whip 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice (chilled)

Directions:
Directions:
CAKE: Mix all the ingredients well. Use 3 round greased baking pans. Bake in 3 layers at 350º approx. 20-25 minutes. Let cool on racks. ICING: Mix dry pudding into pineapple. Let sit in fridge a few minutes. Add Cool Whip. Frost one layer at a time. Placing a generous amount between layers.
