1 1/3 c. oil 1 c. cocoa 8 eggs
4 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 4 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 2 ingredients, then add the eggs, sugar salt and vanilla. Mix. Then add the flour. Pour into 2 greased & floured 9X12 cake pans. Bake at 325º for 25-35 minutes.

(Arlene Brimhall's Recipe) I use non-stick tinfoil for brownies. It works like magic. No greasing /flouring required. If you cut brownies with a plastic knife it won’t tear the same way as with a regular knife, but you need to do it quick or it will melt the knife. These are my favorite, although quite addicting!
