1 lb. ground beef
1 small can refried beans
8 oz. bag taco chips
1/2 head lettuce (opt. - I don't use)
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 medium chopped onion
2 medium chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Add taco seasoning and refried beans. Add 1/3 to 1/2 c. water. Simmer until thick.
Crush 1/3 bag taco chips on bottom of 9x13" pan. Place hamburger mixture on top of taco chips. Top with tomatoes, lettuce (opt.) and cheeses.

Crush remaining taco chips on top of casserole.

Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
